· Televoting and questionings projects.
· Monitoring general level of department work quality using Mystery caller and Mystery Shopper techniques.
· Providing consulting services to our clients who build their own call centers.
· Conducting training programs such as “Phone conversation etiquette”, “Call Center agent work standards”, “Telemarketing and Telesales” for improving work of personnel in in-house call centers of our customers.
